一番時間がかかったのは、ペルソナを作り込むことです。当時、宿泊して欲しい客層と現状で宿泊している客層に乖離があり、まずはペルソナを作って方向性を固めようとしましたが、施設の規模感が多いこともあり、4名のペルソナを作りあげるのに時間がかかりました。

確かにペルソナ作成で時間がかかっていましたね。結局は複数人のペルソナを作成して、短期間でのテストを行ったことで実際のマーケットの答えが見れたのでよかったですよね。 ブランディングと一括りにしてしまうと、何から手をつけるべきか分からない人が多いと思いますが、今回のケースではどのような事がブランディングに繋がったと思いますか？

ペルソナを作ったあとにポジショニングマップで自社の現状を再度確認したことで、競合施設が埋められていない「ポジション」を見つけることができ、ホテルの皆様にも納得いただけるブランディング構築ができました。

正しいポジションを可視化できると、販売するプランだけではなく、公式サイトでの表現方法にも反映できますし、配信する広告にも影響するので、顧客に描いてほしいブランドのイメージを固める事ができたのはやはり大きかったと思います。 現状かなり予約も増えて、ブランドのイメージも浸透してきていますが、これからのステップで意識していることはありますか？

今は狙うべきターゲットやブランディングも明確となり、あやふやとなっていたマーケティング戦略がしっかりと立てられるようになりました。現在配信している広告では、予約につながる文章の作成もできており、費用対効果の高いマーケティングを実施できています。 これからも年間を通した計画的なマーケティング戦略とコストに対する予約のリターンを分析して、費用対効果の最大化を目指していきたいですね。
