コロナ禍で不安定な時期だったことから、日ごとでリードタイムが変動している印象がありましたね。その対応方法としては、マーケットの状況や競合施設の販売料金などを踏まえながら、単月目標のADRを割らないようなプロモーション施策を実施しました。基本的には、予測できないマーケット状況であれば、販促コストを節約しますが、時には強気にいかないと予約が増えないときもあるので、クライアントと相談させていただきました。
